Shipping policy

we want every order to reach you smoothly and on time. To help us do that, please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and correctly formatted at checkout. Double-check abbreviations, include all necessary details, and ensure spacing is correct. While we do our best to deliver every order promptly, we cannot take responsibility for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error or because it was refused upon delivery, we’ll gladly issue a store credit for the value of the item(s), minus the original shipping fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

If you choose to refuse a shipment from, the original shipping fee, along with the cost of returning the package to us, will be deducted from any refund or store credit you receive.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If the tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local postal service or delivery carrier. Unfortunately,  not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in such situations.

Our current processing time is 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday), which allows us to carefully prepare and ship your order. Please note that this does not include the time it takes for your package to travel to you.

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) under regular circumstances. During holiday seasons or unexpected carrier delays, shipping times may be slightly longer — thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
